Custom jewelry and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect. We'll work with you during the design process to ensure complete satisfaction before production begins.

- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all certificates and documentation
- Secure items properly to prevent damage
- Include RMA number inside the package
- Remove or cover old shipping labels
