We exclusively craft with 24 carat (99.9% pure) gold for all our jewellery and gold bars. All pieces are hallmarked and come with purity certificates for authenticity.

How long does delivery take to the UK?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days via fully insured courier. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for urgent orders. All shipments are tracked and require signature upon delivery. Free delivery is included on orders over £500.

What is your return policy?

30-day hassle-free returns for standard jewellery in original condition. Custom pieces can be returned only if they don't match approved specifications. All returns include free collection service.

How long does custom jewellery take?

Simple custom pieces take 2-3 weeks, complex designs 4-6 weeks, and elaborate bridal sets 6-8 weeks. This includes design consultation, 3D modeling, client approval, manufacturing, quality control, and UK delivery.

What warranty do you provide?

All jewellery comes with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Custom pieces include lifetime complimentary cleaning and inspection. Gold bars come with authenticity guarantees and buy-back options.

What gold bar sizes do you offer?

We offer LBMA certified gold bars in 1g, 5g, 10g, 50g, 100g, and 1kg sizes. All bars are 999.9 pure 24 carat gold with certificates of authenticity. Bulk pricing available for orders over 10 bars.

Can I sell my gold bars back to you?

Yes, we offer competitive buy-back rates for gold bars purchased from us. Buy-back pricing is based on current spot gold prices minus a small handling fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. For large purchases over £10,000, we also accept bank wire transfers.
